- All Figures and Statues are inspected upon arrival at our premises to evaluate their condition before they are delivered or collected by our clients to maintain a high level of quality and service. We cannot, however, open the contents of sealed game boxes. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any issues with the contents once opened.
- Limited Warranty of 7 days from date of collection/delivery against missing parts or defects. The Limited Warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship e.g. Loss, Theft, or Breakage due to inappropriate handling.
- We will pay for return shipping only when the return/exchange is a result of our error such as a serious defect, collectible damages, or an error in filling your order. If the purchase is being returned for any other reason than stated in our Warranty & Exchanges Policy, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including those to return the item(s) to us. The Bunker Premium Collectibles will refund the product price minus any applicable shipping/return shipping charges and non-refundable deposits.
